Juliette is this beautiful patisserie in Seorae Maeul (서래마을), a french district in seoul, that is owned by one of my best friends' mother, Juliette herself. As soon as you walk into the bakery, you are warmly greeted by both a mouth watering smell and by the lovely workers, Mr. Hong and Madame Jang (also Juliette when she's there!). I really admire this place for its beauty, originality, and amount of personal contribution visibly put in.
